Wallet Balance Loading:
Any funds loaded onto your wallet balance are non-refundable.
Wallet balance loaded can only be withdrawn with a 2% processing charge, plus an 18% GST on the processing charge.
Refund for Employer Packages and Freelancer Packages:
Refunds for Employer Packages and Freelancer Packages will be considered under specific circumstances and with valid reasons such as:
Payment made for the wrong product or package.
Payment made using the wrong payment option.
Refund requests for packages will be carefully reviewed and entertained only if a valid issue is identified.
Non-Refundable Services:
As SkillsCred is a digital platform facilitating the connection between employers and freelancers, there are no physical products shipped, and therefore, there is no requirement for returns.
